Synopsis[]

Dwayne enters a competition and Brendon and his friends start a band.

Plot[]

Dwayne enters a guitar competition against a newfound enemy, Jimmy Monet. Meanwhile, Brendon and his friend start a band and make a song called "Freaky, Outie", which is hated by everyone who hears it due to the repetitive annoyance in the lyric structure. Dwayne later gets grounded by his father because of his bad grades, so his guitar gets taken away and cannot perform at the guitar competition. Hostility begins between Brendon, Jason and Melissa over the bands name, so they break up the band. Dwayne goes to the guitar competition and uses Brendon's battered guitar and despite preparing and his heavily acclaimed performance, Jimmy wins the competition. Jimmy's girlfriend, Clarice confronts Dwayne and tells him that his performance was better than Jimmy's. At the end, Paula sells Brendon's guitar, which was a rental.
